Common facilities for BioMAX and MicroMAX users include access to the MAX IV BioLab and Chemistry lab as well as the beamline sample preparation labs (please check availability with the local contact); Both beamlines use EXI for sample management and the Thinlinc remote desktop for remote access to the beamline computers and the HPC data processing server. Non-proprietary data are archived at MAX IV for at least 7 years and can be transferred either with Globus or sftp.

Data collection is carried out with the MXCuBE software. The MXCuBE GUI has been adapted to support the different experiments and data collection modes offered at each beamline. Specific information for the users of beamline can be found under the respective beamline pages:
