At the MAX IV beamlines we operate and support many types of detectors and cameras, from large pixel area detectors to energy resolving detectors and their associated pulse processors.
Today these activities are covered by the Scientific Data group of the Technical Division and the Sample Environment and Detectors (SEDS) team of the Beamline Office. The Scientific Data group work closely with the IT Infrastructure group of the Technical Division to implement the data acquisition scheme for high rate detectors.
