There are two UHV preparation chambers available on the A-branch endstation, named “PrepMain” and “PrepSec”.

The B-branch endstation has a clone of the “PrepSec” preparation chamber, as well as a small chamber atop the main measurement chamber. As the B-endstation is still being set up, we advise you to contact the beamline if you need some specific function for a proposal.
