Sponsorship packages offer visibility before and during the event, with direct access to over 350 participants from academia, industry, and the synchrotron community. As a sponsor, you will benefit from meaningful engagement with researchers, industry partners, and decision-makers across diverse scientific fields.
Sponsorship levels
Conference package
Gold sponsor (55 000 SEK / ca. 5 090 €)
- There will be up to four gold sponsors.
- You get a prominent space close to the centre in the exhibition area where the coffee breaks will be held to present your company.
- Gold sponsors will have priority over other exhibitors for space allocation, on a first come, first-served basis.
- Acknowledgment in plenary during the opening and closing speech.
- Up to 2 conference registrations for representatives from your company or your guests, including the conference dinner.
Your company’s logo will be featured prominently on all digital and printed materials of the conference including:
- In the foyer (roll up).
- Opening slides of the sessions.
- Conference main landing webpage and digital app of the conference.
- Your logo will be displayed on the giant LED screen above the main entrance of the main hall, where the industrial exhibition and coffee breaks will take place.
In addition, a social media booth will also be available at the conference, which you are welcome to use for posting on your communication channels.
Conference package
Silver sponsor (35 000 SEK/ ca. 3 240 €)
- There will be up to 15 silver sponsors.
- You get a prominent space in the exhibition area to present your company.
- Up to 2 conference registrations for representatives from your company or your guests, including the conference dinner.
Your company’s logo will be featured on digital and printed materials of the conference including:
- Opening slides of the sessions.
- Your company’s logo will be featured on the list of sponsors page on the MAX IV website and digital app of the conference.
In addition, a social media booth will also be available at the conference, which you are welcome to use for posting on your communication channels.
Conference package
Bronze sponsor (15 000 SEK/ ca. 1 390 €)
This sponsor package is designed for sponsors that are not attending the meeting but would like to be displayed on the website and in the digital conference app.
Your company’s logo will be featured on digital and printed materials of the conference including:
- Opening slides of the sessions.
- Your company’s logo will be featured on the list of sponsors page on the MAX IV website and digital app of the conference.
- If provided by the sponsor, flyers can be displayed in the exhibition area.
Student poster prize sponsorship
(55 000 SEK/ ca. 5 090 €)
MAX IV has a traditional student poster competition; the prize includes a cash award of 8000 SEK and an oral presentation at the meeting. The award is presented on the third day of the meeting, mentioning your sponsorship.
- Your company gets 10 minutes in plenary in conjunction to the award announcement.
- Your company representative can hand over the award.
- Your company will be mentioned in the digital and printed materials of the conference and on the website where the poster competition is mentioned, in connection to the poster session, the banquet and the poster prize winner talk.
- Up to 2 conference registrations for representatives from your company or your guests, including the conference dinner.
In addition, a social media booth will also be available at the conference, which you are welcome to use for posting on your communication channels.
