FragMAX is a user facility for crystallographic fragment and ligand screening at the BioMAX beamline at MAX IV Laboratory

The facility is open to Swedish and international scientists from both academia and industry. FragMAX has been operational since 2020, and our user programme has grown steadily, with more than 50 fragment screening campaigns performed to date. We offer a highly automated, yet flexible workflow that routinely delivers fragment hits for drug discovery and chemical biology projects. Whether you are new to fragment screening or an experienced practitioner, we are happy to discuss how FragMAX can support your research. Please feel free to get in touch, or explore the website to learn more about how the platform works and how to apply.
