Once your protein and reagents arrive at MAX IV, crystallisation experiments are set up within a week or two. Diffraction testing and screening usually begin one to two weeks after suitable crystals appear.

A standard screening campaign using the FragMAXlib library is often completed within less than one month, depending on crystal behaviour and demand at FragMAX and BioMAX.
