At FragMAX, we can support your project during the central stages of a crystallographic fragment screening campaign. However, we are not able to provide support for protein production, final structure refinement, or the design and synthesis of follow-up compounds. While we would very much like to offer this, we currently do not have the required bandwidth, instrumentation or — in the case of computational chemistry — the specialised expertise that you should expect from dedicated experts in these areas.
Fortunately, Sweden is home to a number of excellent research infrastructures and core facilities that can support your project from construct design, protein production and purification through to structure determination and downstream medicinal chemistry or biochemical assays. You are very welcome to contact these facilities directly, and we are also happy to help coordinate projects across infrastructures where appropriate.
