Computational resources

Current and planned resources:

  • A local GPU-enabled workstation, Abisko and Lofoten for data processing during data collection
  • A 380 TB landing stage from which users can retrieve their data using their DUO account (coming soon)
  • The most popular cryo-EM software is installed on Lund University’s high performance computing cluster COSMOS through the PReSTO package. General instructions for accessing the PReSTO package and a list of installed software are available here . Specific instructions for running CryoSPARC on COSMOS and sharing projects between users can be found here
