Highlights from starting SCS till now.
Update on SINCRYS
The front-end for SINCRYS is expected to be installed in January 2026 and the diffractometer will be installed in March 2026. Getting SINCRYS built will broaden the types of samples that SCS can collect.
Advertising for SCS has started
In May 2025 we started to engage with users of SINCRYS and SCS highlighting that SCS is now operational and that SINCRYS will be able to take users in late 2026.
In August 2025 we participated in the European Crystallographic Conference in Poland presenting a poster to the broader crystallographic community about SCS and SINCRYS.
Homepage for SCS is live
In April 2025 we had the first information online about SCS. We continued to build the homepages with more information to attract customers.
First users of SCS
In February 2025 SCS had their first users.
Our first user were propriety access and we used BioMAX at MAX IV.
