Fragment screening is essential to the drug discovery pipeline. FragMAX is a user facility for crystallographic fragment screening at the BioMAX beamline.
FragMAX offers tailored experiments with a flexible, modular design, helping users obtain meaningful screening hits for their targets.
Users can access a collection of fragment libraries (including FragMAXlib with 158 compounds, DSI-poised with 860 compounds, and MiniFrag library with 80 compounds), and can also provide their own fragments.
Support from the beamline includes assistance with experimental design, sample preparation, data collection, and data analysis.
