The 1st PRISMAS Summer School was held in Skåne from Sunday, June 8, to Friday, June 13, with activities at the Backagården conference center in Höör and at the MAX IV Laboratory in Lund. The school was dedicated to scientific and technical aspects of synchrotron radiation, with a focus on X-ray scattering and diffraction methods. It included a combination of lectures, workshops, and practical exercises at MAX IV, the latter being reported in group presentations at the end of the school.
