Information for exhibitors
The venue and date for the 31st MAX IV User Meeting – Developing MAX IV: with the users, for the users (UM19) is Scandic Star Hotel, 23-25 September 2019.
The exhibition area is the conference lobby, which is also where coffee is served during breaks. The lobby floor space is limited and only 20 commercial exhibitions can be accommodated. All of these will have similar exposures. The available space will be distributed on a first come, first served basis.
Exhibitions can be set up from 9 a.m. on Monday morning and will have to be cleared before 3 p.m. on Wednesday afternoon. Each exhibitor will have access to two exhibition tables (120×45 cm), electricity and as many chairs as is needed. The premises have a wireless network.

Goods can be received weekdays from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. The earliest day for goods delivery is Wednesday, 18 September.
The banquet is on Tuesday evening at Scandic Star Hotel.
The exhibition fee is SEK 7000:- per company (three attendees), excl. VAT.
The banquet costs SEK 650:- per person, excl. VAT.
