Information for exhibitors
The 29th Annual User Meeting (UM17), 13 – 15 March 2017 will be held at two different locations, both situated in downtown Lund.
The main venue is the City Hall (Stadshallen). At this venue there are conference sessions on Monday and Wednesday. It is also the place for the commercial exhibitions.
On Tuesday there will be parallel sessions at Grand Hotel, while at Stadshallen lectures regarding MAX IV will be held in the context of the NMT days for schools.
The banquet is on Tuesday evening at Grand Hotel.
The exhibition area is on the first floor lobby of the City Hall. The lobby can accommodate 22 exhibition tables. The exhibition slots will have different exposures and will be distributed on a first come, first served basis with regard to the registration. The earlier the registration, the better the position.
Exhibitions can be set up from 9 a.m. on Monday morning and will have to be cleared before 1 p.m. on Wednesday afternoon. Each exhibitor will have access to one exhibition table (120×75 cm), electricity and as many chairs as is needed. The premises have a wireless network.
Note that only a few conference participants will be present at the City Hall on Tuesday and the area will be open to the public.

The goods reception at the city hall is open 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and the earliest day for goods delivery is Wednesday, March 8th.
Due to the size of the elevators, exhibition goods must fit on a standard EUR-pallet (120×80 cm) or be carried up the stairs.
The exhibition fee is SEK 6000:- per company. Swedish companies add 25% VAT.
The banquet costs SEK 550:- per person. Swedish companies add 25% VAT.
