The 34th MAX IV User Meeting: “Collaboration in Focus” will take place at the Scandic Star, Lund, on 3 – 5 October  2022.

The exhibition area is the conference lobby, which is also where coffee and meals are served. The limited lobby floor space can accommodate 16 commercial exhibitions which will have rather similar exposures. The available space will be distributed on a first come, first served basis.

Arranging your exhibitions

  1. Send in your goods to Scandic Star, Lund. You may send in your goods in advance to Scandic Star, Lund. Goods can be received weekdays from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. The earliest day for goods delivery is Wednesday, 28 September. Exhibition material sent in advance should be addressed to:

  2. Set up your exhibitions. Exhibitions can be set up from Monday morning, 3 October around 9 a.m. and will have to be cleared before 3 p.m. on Wednesday afternoon, 5 October. Each exhibitor will have access to two exhibition tables (120×45 cm), electricity and as many chairs as needed.The premises have a wireless network.

Fees and payment

The exhibition fee is SEK 9000:- per company (three attendees, lunch included), excl. VAT.
There is a banquet on Tuesday evening with a fee of SEK 400:- per person, excl. VAT.
An invoice will be sent after the registration.
